RSA investing to help strengthen broker partners by working with MarshBerry

April 23, 2010Leading home, car and business insurer RSA is pleased to announce its latest investment in the broker channel.

In ongoing efforts to support our broker partners, RSA has signed an exclusive contract with MarshBerry, a well-known U.S. broker consulting firm which offers expertise in management, peer-to-peer exchange network, informational services, sales effectiveness and merger and acquisition advisory services. Through its resources and extensive insurance industry knowledge, MarshBerry will act as a support tool and improvement network for key broker partners.

“MarshBerry is an exciting and valuable service for our broker partners,” said Shawn DeSantis, Senior Vice President Broker Business. “Our goal with MarshBerry is to help our brokers bring a new level of expertise to their business. Strong broker investment and relationships remain at the heart of RSA’s strategy and our partnership with MarshBerry again demonstrates our commitment to the broker channel.”

This latest investment joins other successful RSA initiatives that aim to help brokers enhance their skills and grow their businesses such as, Broker Bootcamp – a specialized training program for brokers new to the business and Making Partner – a program designed with Queen’s University to provide leadership and business skills to brokers on track to becoming senior leaders.

“We believe these types of investments will continue to help us build a strong, progressive broker force,” added DeSantis.
