- If you call us directly, we’ll start working on your claim right away.
- If you contact your broker first, we’ll call you within six (6) business hours once we’re notified of your loss.
I previously submitted my claim online, but I can no longer access Claims Point. What do I do?
Unfortunately, Claims Point is no longer available. You will continue to receive support from your adjuster by phone and email, and you can share any required documentation with them securely via email. If you have questions on any current or previous claims, please contact your adjuster or speak with your broker.
