Limited Sewer Back-up Endorsement (#21029)
The Limited Sewer Back-up Endorsement protects your property from damage resulting from sewer back-up (including back-up from an interior drain), sump or septic system malfunction. With this coverage, loss or damage caused by flooding is not covered. In the event of an insured loss, loss prevention device coverage is included to help safeguard your dwelling against a similar loss in the future.

Waterproof Coverage™ (#21030)
Waterproof Coverage™ offers enhanced protection against damage caused by storm activity and flooding, eaves, downspouts, drains, accidental dam breaches, sudden or rapid snow or ice melt, and sewer back-up. In the event of an insured loss, loss prevention device coverage is included to help safeguard your dwelling against a similar loss in the future.

Water Service Line Endorsement (#21033)
The Water Service Line Endorsement is a new, optional coverage up to $15,000 in protection if you experience a leak, break, tear, rupture or collapse of a water and/or sewer line connected to your home, rental or seasonal dwelling. To qualify for this coverage, you must already have purchased Limited Sewer Back-up or Waterproof Coverage™.
